- This session only guarantees one completed concept, additional concepts may be attempted, but are not guaranteed.
- If you prefer a specific style of editing, you must inform me on your questionnaire or at our consultation so I can match to the best of my abilities your preferred look. I want you to be able to use this cinemagraph to represent you, and I will attempt to maintain a consistent look to match yours, but again - I cannot guarantee it will be perfect.
- Turnaround time for digital items for Marathon clients is approximately 2 weeks. Lenticular prints will be ordered 4 weeks after the date of the Marathon, and will be mailed to the address you provide 1 week after they are delivered to me, (so make sure your address is up to date!)
- If for any reason the Marathon must be canceled by me, (which would only be due to events considered emergencies, or "acts of God"), I will give you the option of a new Marathon date or a full refund.
- If you are unable to attend the Marathon during your designated time, you must inform me no later than 5 days before the day of the Marathon to receive a refund in full. If you must cancel within 5 days from the date of the Marathon, you can receive a refund less 25% of the total price, which you can apply towards a future date, (within one year of original purchase), if you so choose.
